Your account

My P+ is your launcher and account centre

A My P+ hub account gives you a personalised launcher, saved apps, your suggestions and submissions, notifications, support history, and privacy controls. Research Notebook and Literature Notebook are marked Production operational, so opening either from My P+ can hand you across without a second sign-in; the apps that are not yet available do not offer connected access. Each app shows its own status — Not connected, Credentials added, Test verified, Production operational, Degraded or Disabled — so you always see the evidence rather than a guess.

Creating a My P+ account does not buy a plan. Each specialised app explains its own access and pricing before you launch it.

Want to contribute? You can suggest an idea or submit work. Both open inside My P+, so you'll be asked to sign in first.

Straight answers

Privacy and accessibility, stated plainly

Your account records belong to you. Attachments are stored privately and reached only through short-lived signed links. Staff access is limited by role and every privileged action is written to an audit log. We don't send marketing email, and email notifications stay switched off until you authorise them.

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA intent: keyboard support, visible focus, semantic landmarks, reduced-motion support, and clear form labels and errors. If something blocks you, tell us in support and we will treat it as a defect, not a preference.
