Who provides Perspectives+
Perspectives+ is the member hub operated by Perspectives Plus Research LLC. These terms cover the hub itself: your account, your saved apps, the suggestions and submissions you send, and the support conversations you start. Individual P+ apps may add their own terms where they are separately available.
Your account
One person, one account. Keep your sign-in details private and accurate. You are responsible for everything submitted from your account. If you believe someone else has used your account, tell us through support and change your password.
What submission means
Sending a submission does not mean it is endorsed, ethically approved, accepted, published, or legally cleared. Perspectives+ does not make legal or ethics determinations on your behalf. Approval by staff is a review outcome only; publishing or featuring is always a separate, explicit action that staff take deliberately.
What suggestion means
A suggestion is an idea we take seriously and respond to honestly. It is never a promise that something will be built, scheduled, resourced, or funded. Only authorised staff can move an idea to Planned or Completed, and a status is a statement of intent, not a delivery commitment.
Rights and declarations
When you submit work you confirm you have authority to submit it, that named contributors agreed to be named, and that third-party material, conflicts of interest, funding, and relevant AI use are disclosed. Submission declarations are versioned separately from these terms, and we keep the exact declaration version you accepted with each submission.
Your content and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give Perspectives Plus Research LLC permission to store, copy, and display your content only as far as it is needed to operate the hub, run review, and respond to you. Anything beyond that — public display, promotion, or reuse in another product — needs a separate agreement with you.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, harassment, malware, scraping, automated bulk access, security testing without written permission, or attempts to reach other members' records. We rate-limit intake, remove abusive content, and may suspend an account that puts members or the service at risk.
Availability and honest states
Parts of the ecosystem are marked available, preview, coming later, in maintenance, or retired. Those labels are the truth as we know it, not marketing. The hub is provided as-is and as-available; we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not promise a specific outcome from any review.
Suspension, deletion, and ending your account
You can request permanent account deletion from My P+ privacy at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. When an account ends we remove member records and keep only the minimum required for audit and legal obligations.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Perspectives Plus Research LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the hub, including lost data, lost opportunity, or decisions made from information shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here states or implies any court, venue, certification, or legal approval.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially we publish a new version with its own version number and effective date, keep every earlier version as history, and ask you to accept the current version the next time you use My P+. We record which exact version you accepted and when.
